Raised in the Southern California area, Eduardo brings unique flavors to his BBQ and foods that come from his Mexican heritage and his traditional upbringing. He was a contestant on the Netflix show Barbecue Showdown Season 2 streaming now!
Eric Mendez
From a young age, Eric has been either in the kitchen, or behind a grill. He brings a unique spin to all the foods he makes. Although he spends most of his time these days at a grill or using a smoker, he is just as comfortable at a stove in the kitchen creating new and delicious recipes.
